Substack's argument is that Notes is a new social network and they've just started it. I left Substack 18 months ago because of their attitude to transphobia. They simply don't want to ban content that generates money for them. Ugh.Permalink On twitter.com

It's depressing because they have built a system that *seems* like a good way for writers to build an audience and earn money.
